Our Goals

Our goal is to promote independent living, self-sufficiency, and quality of life among under served individuals and their families, to include the uninsured, homeless, and those with addiction disorders or severe mental illness. We work with partners to provide a wrap- around approach:

• Peer support and other skill-building training services
• Referral Services
• Community support resources and programs
• Evaluation and Follow-up
